MEALSPIRATION SPOTLIGHT: Pork Chops and Apple Sauce
4 oz lean center cut boneless pork chop
½ cup applesauce
1 cup steamed string beans
Directions: Bake pork chop until cooked throughout. Serve with applesauce and beans.

1 cup water
1/8 tsp. mint extract. For the best taste experience, use a blender and add ice. The more ice, the thicker it gets. Enjoy!
