Gut & Butt Challenge

Many of us ladies struggle the most with toning our tummy and butt.

Because of this, I'm running a free challenge through a secret Facebook group for 14 days to help you out and get you on track for that summer body that you crave.

On the 14th day, challengers will hold a plank for 2m and do 200 squats.  Days 1-13 will build up to that goal.
